The store sells Qora packs, with prices shown in euro including VAT. Checkout opens in a secure payment window (card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and local methods depending on your country). If you try to buy an item without enough Qora, the store takes you straight to the packs.

Qora has no cash value and can't be traded between players. Refunds follow the refund policy and are requested from the store's Purchases tab.
Every item is cosmetic, so the right buy is simply the one you'll notice most while playing. A few questions help:

This is a suggestion, not a rule. Flags are free, so you can personalise your name without spending anything.
Items have a rarity (common, rare, epic, legendary) and the rarity sets the price. Legendary banners are the animated ones. The store always shows the price before you buy, and if you don't have enough Qora it takes you to the packs.
Bought items stay yours and are equipped from the Inventory. Items in a bundle are worn right away. Clan items belong to the clan, not to the player who paid.
