These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Conqora (conqora.io). By creating an account, playing as a guest or otherwise using the game you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Conqora. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission, and they must agree to these terms for you. Purchases with real money may only be made by adults or with a parent's or guardian's consent.
One person, one account. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account. Adding an email address or linking a Google account is optional but is the only way to recover an account whose password is lost; we cannot restore accounts without it. Usernames that impersonate others, contain personal data of other people, or are offensive may be changed or removed. We may close accounts that have been inactive for 24 months, after a notice to the email on file where we have one. You can delete your account at any time from the main menu ("Delete account").
No cheating, bots, scripts, automation, exploits, or interfering with other players' games, accounts or our servers. No selling, trading or sharing accounts. No harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content involving minors, doxxing, or spam in names, chat, clan descriptions or community maps. We may warn, mute, remove content, suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, and we may do so without a refund of virtual items.
Public matches can include computer-controlled opponents alongside real players, so a match always has rivals.
Maps, chat messages, names, clan descriptions and other content you add must be yours or allowed for you to use, and must follow these terms. By publishing a map you give us a worldwide, free, non-exclusive licence to host it and let other players play it. Published maps are reviewed before they appear and may be rejected or removed. Any player can report content or players from the game. When we remove your content or restrict your account we tell you in your in-game inbox with the reason, and you can reply to that message to object. If you believe content infringes your rights, email us with a link or description and we will look into it.
Qora (the in-game currency) and items are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them inside Conqora. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, sold or given to other players, and are not property. We may change, rebalance, add or retire items, bundles, prices and the store over time; items you already own stay yours for as long as the game runs. Qora earned in play is free and carries no refund right. Real-money purchases are sold by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, as the merchant of record, and are covered by our Refunds & purchases page and by the consumer law of your country. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the Qora or benefit it bought is taken back from the account, and items bought with that Qora may be removed.
Conqora is free to play and shows ads. Players with the "No ads" purchase see none. Blocking ads is not against these terms, but ads are what keeps the game free.
We work to keep the game running, but it is provided "as is": it may change, have bugs or be unavailable at times, and we may stop it or parts of it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the game, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Conqora's name, logo, art and original content belong to the operator. The game engine includes open-source software used under its licence. You may not copy, sell or redistribute the game or its content except as the law or these terms allow.
Romanian law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK or elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live, and you may bring claims before the courts there. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged, and do not undertake, to take part in alternative dispute resolution unless the law requires it.
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the game, and the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it. See also our Privacy Policy.
