This page applies to purchases made with real money in Conqora: Qora packs, the "No ads" upgrade and the premium battle pass. Items bought with Qora inside the game are not purchases with money and are covered by the Terms of Service.
Purchases are sold by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, our payment provider and the merchant of record: it charges you, issues the invoice and handles VAT for your country. Prices are shown in euro including VAT where it applies; your bank or PayPal may convert the amount to your currency. The checkout accepts cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your receipt and invoice come from Lemon Squeezy by email, and you can find your orders at any time at app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders.
Qora and "No ads" are delivered to your account within seconds of payment; you get a note in your in-game inbox. If something has not arrived within an hour, email us with the order number from your receipt and we will credit it by hand.
Digital content delivered at once is excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. At checkout you are asked to agree that the content is delivered immediately and that you lose the right of withdrawal by agreeing; without that agreement the purchase is not completed. Qora that you have not spent can still be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request.
We refund purchases that were charged twice, never delivered, or made by mistake and reported within 48 hours as long as the Qora has not been spent. Refunds go back to the original payment method and are issued by Lemon Squeezy, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Refunds do not cover items already used or Qora already spent, except where the law requires it. When a purchase is refunded, the Qora or benefit it bought is removed from the account.
Email hupobabo@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout with your order number (it is on the receipt) and the account name. We answer within 3 business days. You can also contact Lemon Squeezy support directly from your order page; they will check with us and process the refund.
If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, the account may be suspended until the dispute is resolved. Please write to us first; most problems are fixed the same day.
Purchases may only be made by adults or with a parent's or guardian's consent. A purchase made by a minor without consent can be refunded on request from the parent within 14 days, as long as the Qora has not been spent.
