Conqora is made of two kinds of material: Conqora's own work, which is proprietary and covered by this licence, and open-source material written by others (mainly parts of the OpenFront.io and WarFront.io game engine), which stays under its own open-source licence, listed under Open-source software below. Nothing here limits the rights that open-source licence gives anyone over that material.
All code, content and assets written or created for Conqora that are not part of the open-source material listed below, including:
Online services and features: the account system (sign-up, sign-in, sessions, recovery, guest profiles, profiles and statistics); clans, clan ranks, clan chat, clan banners, clan pictures and clan tag styles; clan wars, their matches, results and ladders; ranked play, matchmaking, queues, skill rating, tiers, seasons and leaderboards; parties, private and public lobbies, invites and invite links; friends, presence, the in-game inbox, notifications and announcements; the battle pass, its seasons, tiers, tracks and rewards; the store, the Qora currency, items, bundles, the store showcase, item previews, purchases and refunds; cosmetics (banners, crowns, avatars, territory colours and patterns, building styles, nuke explosions, name colours, badges, reserved names) and their artwork and animations; invite rewards; the map editor, community maps and their review; player reports, the report-a-problem tool, moderation and the admin dashboard; the computer-controlled opponents system; and the integrations with game portals and their builds.
Gameplay additions: aircraft carriers, bombers, air raids and nuke bombers; game modes and modifiers such as hotspots and fog of war, the match options and the quick-game rotation; ship routing through wide water and other engine changes; the WebAssembly engine kernels; spawn pings, name tags, rebindable keys, the menus, the HUD and the rest of the Conqora interface.
Brand, art, sound and text: the name "Conqora", its logo, icons and brand assets; covers, promotional images, screenshots and videos; the music and sound effects made for the game; and the website text, guides, FAQ, comparison pages and translations written for Conqora.
Changes to open-source files: Conqora's modifications and additions to files that started as open-source material are Conqora's own work. The original open-source portions of those files remain under their open-source licence.
You may play Conqora free of charge on conqora.io and on the game portals where Conqora officially publishes it, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
Content creators may record, stream and publish videos and screenshots of themselves playing Conqora, and may monetise them, as long as they do not suggest they are Conqora or are endorsed by it.
Unless you have Conqora Games' prior written permission, you may not:
"Conqora" and the Conqora logo are trademarks of Conqora Games. This licence gives no right to use them.
Use of the game is also governed by the Terms of Service. If you break this licence or those terms, your permission to use Conqora ends automatically. Conqora's own work is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in this licence limits rights you have under mandatory law.

Conqora contains open-source material written by others. It stays under its own licence, reproduced below, and anyone may use that material under those terms.
Parts of Conqora's game engine (game rules, simulation and map data) are based on open-source code from the OpenFront.io project, which itself built on WarFront.io, used under the MIT licence. The original portions of that code remain under the MIT licence below; Conqora's changes and additions to it, and everything written for Conqora, are Conqora's own work.
